Eligibility for Returns

You have 15 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it.

In its original packaging.

Free of dirt, wear, or damage caused after delivery.

Clearance or final-sale items.

Gift cards or digital products.

Plants or living items (if applicable).

Return Process

Email us at youroutdooroasis@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a shipping address.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item otherwise.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — at no cost to you.
Exchanges
At this time, we only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. For other situations, please request a return and place a new order.
