Refund policy

At Amanda’s Outdoor Oasis, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 15 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

  • To be eligible, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received it.

    • In its original packaging.

    • Free of dirt, wear, or damage caused after delivery.

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including:

    • Clearance or final-sale items.

    • Gift cards or digital products.

    • Plants or living items (if applicable).


Return Process

  1. Email us at youroutdooroasis@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item otherwise.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — at no cost to you.


Exchanges

At this time, we only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. For other situations, please request a return and place a new order.
